EASY MEATBALL SLIDERS






I made these with meatless meatballs, and they were a huge hit with meat lovers and vegetarians alike! I used Kings Hawaiian Savory Butter buns, and when cutting them apart, I was worried that they might be a little dry, so I melted some butter, then stirred in some garlic salt and Italian seasoning, and poured a thin layer in the bottom of the dish, then added the buns, followed the rest of the recipe, and poured more melted garlic butter and seasoning on top, then sprinkled the Parmesan cheese. They tasted like meatball sandwiches made from Fazoli's breadsticks!
